I am from Quebec, Canada, and as
with many Quebec citizens, I speak both French and English fluently. In addition to
working part-time as an emergency medical services technician, I am a certified personal
trainer, and have been working with clients for several years. Over the past 17 years I
have been developing my body naturally through proper exercise and a strict diet -- not
drugs. Natural training is the only way to go today in the sport of bodybuilding. It is
the future of the sport. As you can see from my photos, you do not need drugs to develop a
great looking body. Symmetry is much more important than mere size. Anyway, you can still
get pretty big training naturally. |
| Things are changing fast for me
right now. This past year, I entered several natural bodybuilding contests and did very
well. I won the overall Canadian Natural Bodybuilding Championship held in Toronto in
October, and then in November placed 2nd in my class in both the Natural Mr. Universe held
in Las Vegas and the Natural Mr. Olympia held in Greece. In each of these contests, even
though I was an unknown to the judges, I placed ahead of many competitors who were
expected to do better. Although I didn't place in the Musclemania contest in California
this past November, I won a more coveted prize: EAS chose me out of all the competitors to
do a photo shoot in January, and I expect to be in MuscleMedia several times this
year. You can see me in the April, 1999, issue (check the inspiration
section). I also appear in the online version of the issue. I'll let you know when my
other issues are out on newsstands. |

In addition to Muscle Media, I have
been approached by many fitness publications, including Weider's Muscle &
Fitness and Gym magazine. I already did a shoot for Gym and the layout will
appear in one of the summer issues. Everything is coming together. I completed a
Year 2000
Calendar which is available now, and I am working on a video which will be available
soon. I have done modeling and photo shoots in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City,
Philadelphia, and Miami. I may be coming to your city soon! One of my true passions is music. I play guitar, sing and
compose my own songs. I have been writing songs for many years, and just recently, with
the urging of my friends, decided to go for it and pursue a singing career. |
Right now I am completing my demo
tape, and I recently met with a Quebec record company. I hope to be offered a record deal
before the end of this year. Anyone in the music industry who wants to hear my demo should
